I like to work out especially with my friends. I think that it is a good activity to stay healthy and in shape. when i go to the gym with my friends, i like it because I'm more motivated to continue with them. With this activity, I feel better in my body and it may sound stupid but I got new friends. When I work out, it encourages me to eat well to so it's good in all the way we see that. Only 1 hour per day 4-5 days a week isn't too much and it is very useful in a teenager life.
It is very useful in anyone's life, not just teenagers, to spend an hour a day, most days exercising
